HB 346 This bill would expand access to purchasing lottery tickets via the Internet. It passed the House on March 10 by a vote of 98-48 with 29 not voting and 5 excused. We do not believe this bill is in the best interest of families.

It is now in the Senate Rules Committee which is chaired by Sen. Don Balfour.

ACTION: Please call Sen. Balfour's office at 404-656-0095 and ask him not to allow this bill to come out of committee and that it not be put on the Senate calendar for a vote.
