Senator Martinez's private relief bill to aid Terri Schiavo has just
passed the Senate by a voice vote (Saxby supported it). This bill will
allow the parents of Terri Schiavo 30 days to appeal to a Federal Court
to give the federal court an opportunity to ensure that Terri's due
process rights had not been violated in the state judicial proceedings.

As I stated in an previous email, Sen. Isakson was supportive of this also.

The House still has to approve the differences between this bill and
their bill.
