PLEASE JOIN US FOR OUR 2006 FAMILIES & FREEDOM KICKOFF!

Our 2006 Families & Freedom Kickoff is on Saturday, January 21 at Mt. Vernon Baptist Church, 850 Mt. Vernon Highway in Atlanta. The program will begin at 10:00 a.m. and end at 4:00 p.m.

This year we will feature candidate forums for Governor, Lt. Governor, Secretary of State and Attorney General. Governor Sonny Perdue will be there as will Lt. Gubernatorial candidates Casey Cagle and Ralph Reed. Secretary of State candidates Karen Handel and Bill Stephens have accepted as has Attorney General candidate Perry McGuire. Other Republican candidates running for statewide office will be joining us also.

As of this date, none of the Democratic candidates invited have accepted.
In addition, we will host a panel on Immigration Reform with U. S. Senator Johnny Isakson, U. S. Congressman Charlie Norwood and possibly U. S. Congressman Nathan Deal (he is trying to work his schedule to be there.) Also, invited to participate on that panel– but not confirmed is Chris Simcox a co-founder of MinutemanHQ.

U. S. Congressmen Phil Gingrey, Tom Price, and Lynn Westmoreland will be with us as well. Senate Majority Leader Tommie Williams will be there to give us an update on the 2006 Legislative Session. President Pro Tempore of the House, Mark Burkhalter has been invited, but not confirmed as of this date.

U. S. Senator George Allen (R-VA) has been invited to be our guest speaker, but is not confirmed as of this date.

Tickets are only $20 per adult and $6 per child under 12 if check is received in our office by Friday, January 13, 2006. After that date and at the door, tickets will be $25 per person and $6 per child under 12 – and that includes lunch by Williamson Bros. BBQ!
